Important Notice: Update to Take Home Naloxone Site Kit Distribution Data Collection Process

Please note that registered THN sites will no longer need to capture and submit monthly reporting for individual kits distributed and that a simplified process is effective as of [June 28 2023].

The information collected from the distribution records has supported program evaluation, including related modeling and understanding program reach. As the program and demand for kits has grown, the reporting burden has increased over time. A more simplified process to support in the collection will now be implemented.

THN sites are now asked to share information on kits given out over a specified two week period annually.

Site coordinators will be contacted via email with an invitation to participate, more information on this updated process will be provided in the invitation. Please see the FAQ for more information on updates to this process and to learn more about kit distribution data.
